Christine Parks is the owner/operator of Camellia Forest Tea Gardens in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. 

The Tea Garden features Camellia Sinensis specimens from around the world as well as their favorite selections. 

Christine has nurtured the garden in its current location since 2005, and enjoys making her own teas as well as hosting tours, community events, and workshops.

a comprehensive guide for growing and gardening with Camellia Sinensis.  the book delves deep to cover topics ranging from how to raise and maintain healthy plants, to the basic processes for harvesting and processing the leaves and introduces readers to the little-known history and contemporary tea cultivation in the U.S.
