Calligraphy and the tea ceremony share a common concept:
Calligraphy is not merely about writing, and the tea ceremony is not just about drinking.
In our hectic modern lives, we often feel restless and struggle to find peace. We may have many material possessions, yet feel like we've lost a lot. We work hard and spend money on therapy, but there is an alternative.
Practicing calligraphy as a form of moving meditation can help calm the mind and simplify life.
Similarly, the process of preparing tea itself is a meditative act, promoting mindfulness and tranquility.
