2012 Liu Bao Chong Shi Cha (虫屎茶)
Worm Droppings Tea | Guangxi, China

This rare and unusual tea is made not from leaves, but from the excrement of insects fed exclusively on Liu Bao tea. Collected and aged since 2012, this dark, fermented tea offers a smooth, herbal profile with notes of camphor, aged wood, and Chinese medicinal roots.

Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to support digestion and reduce internal dampness, Chong Shi Cha is light-bodied but deeply grounding, with a clean, slightly sweet aftertaste.

A niche treasure for adventurous tea drinkers.
