Organic tea is more difficult to grow and harder to sell than production tea.

They are more sensitive to the environment, the yield is less stable, and the expenses are higher.

So why go through all the trouble?

In this interactive online session, you'll learn why Tingyu and her family decided to grow organic tea instead of production tea.

The class will be live-streamed from Tingyu's family's tea farm in southeastern Taiwan.

You'll learn:

-What is the difference between Organic Tea vs Production Tea?

-Why did your family decide to grow organic tea?

-Why most of the tea grown this season (including the bushes in this cover photo) will be thrown away?

In addition to selling her family's tea, Tingyu is also an artist.

You'll explore:

-How did she go from painting the wall of her local 7-11 store to tea experience design?

-What her creative process is in creating a tea + food pairing?

-What's her future dream art project? The online session will be interactive Q+A with live interpretation.

During the online class, you'll also get a rare opportunity to buy her family's organic tea (currently only available in Taiwan).

This online session is donation based.
